Joy Chang

Joy Chang serves as Project & Administration Manager at CMM-I. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management. She joined CMM-I as a team member in 2018.

Since 2020, she has been responsible for film-related projects including MGM (now Amazon). Starting in 2022, she became a member of the German Films China team, overseeing the organization and execution of the Festival of German Cinema in Beijing and other cities across China. In the same year, she also began providing support for multiple company projects such as the Sino-German Media Forum, while simultaneously handling internal administrative functions.
